We are a leading international engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company specializing in large-scale industrial and logistics projects. We are currently executing a major logistics complex as part of a petrochemical development, involving collaboration between our engineering office in Germany and the on-site team in Kazakhstan. Your Tasks:

  • Build and maintain the integrated EPC schedule in Primavera P6 (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)
  • Perform critical path, float, and trend analyses; develop recovery and mitigation plans.
  • Run “what-if” scenarios and align discipline lookaheads with long-term milestones.
  • Lead schedule review meetings; prepare and issue weekly/monthly schedule reports and S-curves for project and procurement status reporting.
  • Maintain schedule basis, coding/WBS, calendars; manage baselines and change control.
  • Interface with project controls for earned value and progress measurement integration.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of planning and scheduling experience on large EPC projects.
  • Expert in Primavera P6; solid knowledge of CPM, EVM, and reporting; MS Project experience is a plus.
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to brief leadership and discipline teams.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, or German is advantageous.
